Supervision and operation of front end including cashiers, bookkeepers and customer service desk. Requires superior communication, math/ bookkeeping and customer service skills.
This manager also does the individual store human resource duties such as initial interviewing of potential employees, helping with reference checks, orientation of new hires, new hire packet completion, payroll and more.
Other duties include scheduling and supervision of staff, training, and accurate cash office procedures. Candidate MUST be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes closing the store as an MOD. Customer Service Manager may be assigned other related duties regarding overall operation of the store as determined by the Store Manager.
