The Sheraton Dallas Hotel is located at 400 North Olive Street in the vibrant urban downtown arts and financial district. In 2009, the Hotel underwent a $90 million redesign which brought our guests a new outdoor pool and fitness centers, Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft in our park-like lobby, and four enticing dining venues—plus 70 sleek meeting rooms, with the largest accommodating 5,000 guests. The hotel’s fresh look features 1,841 guest rooms, with gorgeous city views from 242 suites.

Job Description

Our Front Office agents support the seamless movement of guests in and out of our hotel while providing exceptional levels of guest service to provide the best possible guest experience. Upon arrival agents instantly connect with guests and anticipate their expectations and needs. These expectations include quickly verifying the guest’s information, processing payment, issuing keys, and being prepared to remedy unexpected situations. Continuous knowledge of brand standards is necessary to uphold our Four Diamond service. Maintain a house bank and accurately make cash drops at the end of each shift.

Requirements

To join our Front Office team you must have a sincere interest in providing our guests with on-brand and professional guest service. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent education. One year experience in a professional Front Desk/Customer Service position is required, previous cash handling experience is preferred. Have high energy, be outgoing and have a dynamic personality. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English, and have good communication skills in order to connect with our guests and team members. These team members must possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills. Have excellent skills in multi-tasking and organization. Must be able to remain in a stationary position during entire shift.

Our team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, so we ask that our associates have an open and flexible schedule.
