Job Description

Attend to guests’ needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering. Answers and directs incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel. Takes Room Service orders if needed. Identifies all guest needs and handles their requests. Dispatches delivery attendants and other hotel staff via two-way radio and telephone.

Requirements

Education
High school or equivalent education required.

Experience
One to two years in a public contact position.
