Answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately.

Performing client intake and notifying appropriate staff of the client’s arrival.

Entering patient information into the appropriate databases.

Assists the volunteer coordinator with the management of volunteers.

Follows appointment procedures as set by management.

Follows cash handling procedures when receiving client payments.

Completes opening and closing procedures.

Keeps clinic lobby straight and orderly.

Processes lab results as assigned by Practice Manager.

Perform Phlebotomy duties as needed.

Participates in the Performance Improvement Program

Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual Spanish/English

Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, community and the general public.

Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions.

Must pass criminal background check.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Computer experience – Microsoft Office.
