Monitoring market quality by analyzing warranty, hotline data and field reports
  • Conducting root cause analysis of product quality issues to accelerate overall product improvement process
  • Supporting technical hotline and field technical managers on technical issues by adding new problems to the field database and assisting on critical cases
  • Developing field-fixes as advanced technical information to implement short and long term service solutions
  • Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of and compliance with information technology security policies at Porsche Cars North America
  • Ensuring proper retention of electronic documents and business confidential information
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • Several years experience in equal position
    • Ability to understand and work with complex technologies and analyze how they impact vehicle design
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Conversational German language skills is a plus
    • Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
