Multi Service Corporation , a global transaction management company, specializing in billing and payment solutions, is looking for an ideal candidate for the Customer Service Supervisor position to join its Fuel Card group for a challenging, stable career with opportunity for growth. The successful candidate will work on a variety of programs which provide transaction management services to Multi Service clients. The Customer Service Group works with internal teams along with external clients, customers and merchants.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor are as follows:

  • Ensure team provides world class customer service and create raving fans
  • Ensure all service level expectations are exceeded
  • Answer phones and communicate with client as necessary
  • Review phone records and create behavior modification goals
  • Assist team members in resolving billing complaints as well as resolve a wide variety of concerns and complaints
  • Approve billing adjustments and invoice processing
  • Interpret and communicate department policies and procedures to staff
  • Train and instruct employees
  • Observe and evaluate employee performance
  • Address performance problems through corrective action
  • Communicate with other departments and management to resolve issues and expedite work
  • Resolve escalated customer and merchant issues
  • Review work of subordinates for accuracy and content
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit operational and personnel reports
  • Work with management to identify and resolve procedural issues
  • Work with management to develop goals and objectives for the team
  • Oversee special projects
We are looking for the following in the ideal candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience supervising customer service personnel
  • Independent decision making and delegation experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Very detail oriented
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate team and create a supportive working relationship
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience with problem identification and solution
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Interdepartmental and customer relationship skills
