Seeking a strong team player with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, who desires to exercise abilities with PC based and web based business tools. Successful candidate will interface with Balance of Plant (BOP) Project Support staff, Management and Project Engineers and other functional teams to monitor and manage BOP fulfillment activities to meet objectives.
Work closely with the project engineering, BOP leadership, and other functional teams to monitor and manage BOP fulfillment activities to meet objectives. In addition, you will:
Lead preparations and reviews to maintain BOP project management rhythm
Monitor output of project engineering and PSA teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables
Interface with Finance, Aero GPO, and other functions to develop Operating Plans, forecasts, and other short and long term projections and commitment
Develop new tools and processes to improve effectiveness and productivity
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business, manufacturing, or engineering office environment

Demonstrated expertise in use of PC and Microsoft Office toolkit including Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as other PC based and web based business tools
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging software platforms in development of engineering office processes and tools
Bachelor’s Degree, technical discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
Dedication to customer service and fulfillment
Self-starter with ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal assistance
Demonstrated project management skills including coordinating activities across functions
International experience and fluency in a second language
Previous experience with gas turbine based power plant systems
Ability to interact with cross-section of engineering and project execution personnel, as well as suppliers and customers
Must be capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring high accuracy of several databases and project attribute reports on a timely basis
