Then Lawrence Merchandising Services may be the company for you…We are currently seeking an ambitious, adaptable Fulfillment Supervisor to play an integral role in our growth. The ideal candidate for the position of Fulfillment Supervisor will be a process oriented and self-motivated individual who is interested in working for a leader in the merchandising services industry.

The Fulfillment Supervisor position will lead all mailing activities of the organization; primarily the mailings consist of instructions and materials for our 2500 part-time Field Service Representatives nationwide. The primary goal is to ensure our field merchandisers receive project materials on time, accurately, and in a manner that leads to seamless store level execution and cost effectively for our clients.

This includes managing a productive environment, understanding and scheduling of company space and resources and managing the surge workforce requirements. The mailing coordinator will develop and maintain company policy to attain an effective and efficient use of all company resources. This position also has facilities responsibilities to include purchasing and/or leasing, monitoring and maintaining all building and office equipment, supplies and utilities. The primary goal is to make the office more efficient and help all employees be more productive.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Develop and coordinate intra-departmental client and rep mailing calendar.

*Develop and coordinate “best practice” mailing process and documentation for company-wide distribution.

*Monitor courier and overnight services to minimize costs.

*Fulfill client orders for replacement parts.

*Coordinate mailing supplies ordering to ensure appropriate inventory for regularly scheduled and surge mailings.

*Maintain mailing equipment (postage and other machines).

*Coordinate surge workforce timing and scheduling with Human Resources department.

*Manage warehouse and mailroom to ensure safe and productive work environment.

*Operate and maintain warehouse forklift.

*Monitor building utilities to minimize cost and maximize company productivity.

*Maintain office equipment.

*Communicate with landlord and city regarding facilities issues and questions.

*Supervise building cleaning company to meet company standards.

*Special requests as it relates to mailings and facilities.

Qualified candidates will possess and/or have the ability to:

*Two Year Degree in Project Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

*Prefer at least two years experience in this type of a position, or equivalent experience.

*Prefer experience operating a forklift; company specific training will be provided.

*Computer and software literate. Must be able to operate a personal computer and standard as well as more advanced software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and internet related programs.

*Superior numeric skills.

*Efficient project management skills.

*Be flexible to accommodate pressures and demands as required by schedules, deadlines, etc.

*Prioritize and multi-task multiple projects successfully to completion.

*Effectively interact with all levels of employees and customers.

*Resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.

*Work independently and within a team environment.

*Be resourceful, assertive, detail oriented, energetic and highly self motivated.

*Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.

*Organize, schedule and follow instructions.

*Perform light day and overnight travel, as necessary.

*Maintain confidential or sensitive information.

*Excellent organization, documentation and follow up skills.

*Advanced English usage, proofreading and editing skills.

*Decision-making, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

*Sitting up to 4 hours at a time

*Standing up to 5 hours at time

*Walking

*Bending

*Stretching

*Regular lifting of up to 20 pounds or less

*Occasional Lifting of 20-70 pounds

*Fine motor control hand movements
