Experience in defining Test Strategy and approach documentation.
Strong knowledge of industry-defined Testing Services/Methodologies
Testing experience (Planning, Test Case design, execution, defect management)
Experience with implementation of onsite-offshore testing model
Automation strategy
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Mercury, Compuware, Rational, Segue)
Previous experience conducting due diligence exercise for Testing strategy/assessment
Ability to prioritize and multi-task across several concurrent projects
Experience in improving the overall SDLC approach (process re-engineering)
Basic Qualifications: Must have:
Must have 5 years Healthcare Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Scenario experience.
Must have 2 years Manual Testing and Quality Center experience
