The Client Service team provides dedicated support to House proprietary clients, 3
party clients as well as the Business. They also work UAT test and advise on internal system upgrades effecting our day to day processes and client base
The individual needs to learn front to back trade flows across various exchanges & market classes, expected to rapidly gain a detailed understanding of the Futures markets, RBSSIs internal capabilities & systems in order to manage and service our existing client base. Be able to handle client requests, facilitate the on-boarding of new business and handle the day to day support of existing high profile accounts.
The individual will be required to establish and maintain close working relationships at all levels, with both Sales and Support Staff allowing for an integrated and proactive approach to the business requirements.
Assist with the integration of new client structures, client on-boarding and ad-hoc project management duties
Learn products and life cycle processes to build out current infrastructure in US and liaise with EMEA and APAC centres to achieve global alignment and best practice.
Liaise with clients, facilitate their set up with our web based platform Greenscope, handle clients reporting requirements, set up settlement instructions, resolve any client trade breaks, commission discrepancies, settle daily margin moves facilitate client FX transactions, collateral purchases, movements and drive client solutions.
Establish relationships with our client base provide a value added service and partake in client visits to ensure we are always meeting our client needs.
Keep clients abreast of all new exchange initiatives, market events such as expirations and delivery periods and service client requests for service enhancements.
Consistently review the quality of the client support processes & associated technology in pursuit of increased control, efficiency and client satisfaction.
Bachelor degree or higher with emphasis on Finance and/or Accounting, Business Management.
8+ years of client services experience, preferrably in the banking industry
Good communication / presentation / relationship management skills
Strong desire to learn new products and processes with strong work ethics
Work well under pressure as well as
dedication to servicing demanding clients
Must also be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and uphold strong ethical standards.
Meticulous attention to detail and a substantial interest in the investment industry are required.
Strong analytical skills
Candidate should be able to work well with a global team as well as independently.
Good computer skills including Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of the Rolfe & Nolan System a plus
Excellent communicator - able to argue own position and reach a consensus in the light of differing views.
Able to identify, pre-empt and resolve issues with minimum supervision
