Position will promote the sale of Choice Administrators through General Agencies statewide. Develop annual MGA strategy. Meet with MGA contacts to define their Choice Administrators marketing efforts for the year. Will assist in Broker meetings/trainings with Sales and Underwriting staff year round. Will meet with Sales VP to develop key sales techniques, to be used for both broker and client presentations, which can be implemented when presenting to end user. This position will also manage sales numbers and increase overall performance. Will require extensive travel and reporting.
Candidate must have 5-7 years industry experience in small group sales. Know the small group market, competition and persistency. Fluent in English language. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be organized, self-disciplined and work with minimum of supervision. Must possess a valid California driver's license.
