The Graduates of the Last Decade Coordinator is responsible for increasing young alumni participation, specifically solicitations of annual gifts from young alumni through personal solicitations, recruiting and managing volunteer solicitors, phonathon, direct mail, and electronic media. Responsible for all aspects of the Young Alumni Class Agent program including volunteer recruitment, class agent updates, and stewardship in order to significantly increase young alumni giving to the Annual Fund. Coordinates and manages Senior Gift program and other student education efforts. Assists the Assistant Director of Special Campaigns on the 5th and 10th reunions with specific emphasis on the reunion gift campaigns and the Red and Black Society "young alumni" campaigns. The G.O.L.D. Coordinator will personally solicit young alumni for leadership and non-leadership gifts to the Annual Fund.
Bachelor's Degree from Rhodes College required. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to work with a wide range of campus departments and relate well to the public is a must. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings and travel when necessary.
