Technical Recruiter


The GCE Technical Recruiter will be responsible for finding top engineering talent for the company. The Recruiter will proactively source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in the appropriate position. This includes posting jobs, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process. They will effectively manage and use an online applicant tracking system to comply with reporting and AAP requirements. The Recruiter is responsible for creatively attracting top talent in a timely and cost effective manner using multiple sources to advertise and recruit. The Recruiter will have to compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards as well as create, generate, and make job offers to assist with the on-boarding process. In addition, they will plan all logistics and attend career fairs & networking events, build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and 3 rd party agencies to ensure a smooth recruiting process and develop a networking and referral base using social media, attend networking events and other innovative methods to identify desired candidates. Other projects/duties are as assigned as needed.

Required Education / Experience:
1 - 3 solid years of experience recruiting technical candidates Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment Previous experience with AAP requirements and using an applicant tracking system preferred The ideal candidate will be a college grad from a top college or university with a high GPA Required Skills:
