SUMMARY
Calling past due customers and assist in bringing customer accounts current.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Answering questions for call-in customers pertaining to the status of their accounts.
• Field calling customers that cannot be reached by telephone, mail or references.
• Skip tracing, and repossessing vehicles, when necessary.
• Maintaining condition reports on repossessed vehicles.

CONTROL RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES
Become knowledgeable regarding the department's internal controls as outlined in the policies and procedures and comply with all control requirements.

COMPLIANCE
Ability to comprehend and adhere to Federal and State banking regulations, Company policies and procedures, and successfully participate in regulatory and Company training requirements via multiple and variable delivery methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Collection experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with the knowledge and ability to internally and externally inspect a vehicle.
• Solid knowledge all Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook .
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
