The Department of Surgery at the University of Arizona, Division of Urology is seeking applications for a General Urologist. Faculty appointment (assistant or associate professor) rank, tenure eligibility and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Requirements include: medical degree or equivalent;

Arizona medical license or the ability to obtain licensure at the time of hire; board certification or board eligible . Responsibilities include patient care (multi-site programs); teaching, emphasis on medical student and resident education. Urology Residency Program training includes newer treatments for prostate disease, endourology, laparoscopic and robotically assisted surgery (daVinci surgical system).

Faculty members provide expert treatment for patients with a full range of urologic disease including urologic cancer. Basic Science research opportunities and support are available.

The department is seeking an individual who is able to work with diverse students and colleagues, and who has experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives.
