The successful candidate will work in applying geotechnical engineering techniques, procedures, and principles on a variety of civil engineering projects including transportation, water, wastewater, and hazardous waste projects. Must have solid understanding of soil mechanics, shallow and deep foundations, slope stability, earth structures, earth pressures, instrumentation, construction monitoring, and soils laboratory testing. |
Minimum of 2 years of experience since obtaining Bachelor’s degree.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical or Geo-Environmental Engineering emphasis required.
EIT required or ability to obtain within first 18 months of hire.
