The GPRA Specialist is responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely collection of GPRA data as part of an Access to Recovery (ATR) Federal Grant. The GPRA Specialist will provide guidance, support, and training to the ATR Specialist Unit and provider organizations that administer the initial, follow-up, and discharge GPRA survey to participants during the six to eight month ATR enrollment period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with ATR Program Coordinators to establish process for GPRA survey data collection, monitoring and feedback.
Monitors the GPRA data collection process for evaluation sites and the ATR Specialist Unit.
Manages a caseload of participants in urgent GPRA follow-up survey status.
Conducts queries and searches of available databases for pertinent information on participants lost to service and/or deemed unreachable.
Completes administrative discharges in a timely fashion on an ongoing basis.
Facilitates monthly training to all individuals administering the GPRA survey and coordinates SAIS webinar training related to GPRA follow-up techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Serves as liaison between the ATR Program and partnering agencies administering the GPRA.
Works with the Lead Supervisor to address and remediate issues related to timely and quality GPRA survey completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, computer, and organizational skills are essential. Must be able to work independently and be willing to conduct outreach in the community.
