Provide overall administrative and research management for the BUSPH Health and Disability Working Group. Manage budget, grant and regulatory activities related to research. Oversee all pre-award and post-award activities. Manage all administrative operations of the group. Provide support to the Director, faculty, and researchers in all grant and office related activities.
B.A./B.S. and 3-5 years of experience working in research and sponsored program management required. Experience working in an academic institution research management would be preferred; Experience with supervision and with complex accounting systems/SAP preferred. Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite including word, excel, and power point; strong organizational and critical thinking skills; ability to work independently This person must be proactive, innovative and a quick learner, and will be expected to learn skills as needed. This person also needs to interact at all levels with faculty and staff as well as offices in the School of Public Health as well as throughout the university as a whole.
