Team member will performs guest service duties including; greeting our guests, handing out carts, handing out sale flyers, answering the telephone, walking the store and offering assistance where necessary.
When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest.
Follows daily work schedule as assigned by management.
Follows dress code in accordance with team member handbook and video training film.
Greets and communicates politely to each guest on premises.
Must be attentive at all times to needs of guests and be ready and able to direct/take guest to items in question.
Performs other duties including spill clean up, general housekeeping and other duties as may be assigned by management.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work at fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner.
Ability to perform all physical aspects of duties, including but not limited to bending, standing in place, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking and at times running.
Ability to talk to and hear guests.
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude.
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
