This is an Interstate Hotels & Resorts position.

This position requires a Pre-Hire Assessment as part of the application process. For best results we recommend you

Minimum of one (1) year hotel Front Desk experience required; previous OnQ experience a plus.

Portuguese language skills preferred.

Attend to guest needs including, check-in and check-out, greeting guests upon arrival.

Registering guests into property management system and verifying address and credit information.Accept

payments for guest accounts.

Promote HHonors and provide recognition and benefits to all members.

Ability to answer multi-line phone and offer guests directions and/or suggestions.
