Job Summary: The Guest Specialist is responsible for assuring that service to our guests remains a competitive advantage by providing every guest with an exceptional personal experience. The Guest Specialist will contribute to a commitment to excellence in every aspect of our business. The Guest Specialist must live and support the Mission, Vision and Core Values. The Guest Specialist acts as an extension of store management during peak periods and mentors other team members.

Is able to match products and services to customer’s needs.
Will act as an extension of store management during peak periods, and will assist in the oversight of seasonal team members, and take responsibility for their assigned area.
Is willing to contribute to working extended hours as the work load demands.

Qualifications/ Requirements/ Certifications:
Driver Certified (FT-2, PT-2)
Knowledge and Skills:
Clear written and verbal skills.
Knowledge of policies and procedures.
Knowledge and execution of RMS
Listening and comprehension skills
Knowledge and execution of marketing initiatives
Product knowledge & food safety
Ability to plan & prioritize
Ability to work on a cross functional team.
Ability to multi task.
