Our General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the assigned property, monthly/annual financial reporting, strategic planning, preparing & implement budgets, negotiating contracts, site inspections, staff development-hiring, evaluating, perpetuating our customer service platform, and our Green initiatives, all executed within the framework of Related Management’s Respect-Based-Management commitment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential property management and will have exceptional analytical and communication skills. Qualifications: • Proven experience with the administration and management of a luxury residential building. • Skilled in financial management; including budgeting. • Strong supervisory skills; experience in staff development. • Superb customer service skills; demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations with both internal and external clients. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. • Highly motivated service-oriented self starter. • Outstanding worth ethic, detailed oriented with superior written and oral communication skills.
