Growing, family dining concept is currently interviewing GM and KM level candidates due to growth.
The ideal GMcandidate will have spent some time in kitchen/BOH operations/training. Buffet/and or Full service, restaurant management required. High volume-3-4 million per year revenue experience is also a requirement.
Must have a strong background in financials and have the ability to lead/direct and motivate a staff by positive example.
A stable, progressive work history is required.
Extremely guest focused concept-hospitality professional is desired.
Total Compensation- GM- 65k-70k base + bonus. K
M compensation 55k-65k base +
bonus. A full benefit package is also provided.
