Responsibilities:
Reports directly to a DM. Responsible for planning and managing high- volume, complex, multi-service location, to include multi-location food service operations. Primary level of impact is within own operation. Operations vary in size, but generally have 3 or more components and full-size kitchens. Ideally, these individuals should have experience in Higher Education, multi-service environments. Key Responsibilities · Plans, directs and controls all unit food service and resources to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs in a multi-unit operation. · Responsible for analyzing all financial reports for residential and retail operations, as well as reviewing all financial measurements with directors to ensure achievement of financial goals. · Provides guidance and support in developing action plans to address areas requiring improvement and ensures compliance with ARAMARK Standard of Operations in all residential, retail and catering operations. · Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels with client organization. · Interfaces with Regional Vice President, District Manager, Unit Directors and their staff. Collaborates with managers of other units with in own division and other LOS. · Ensures administration of HR policies and interprets and ensures compliance with company policies such as safety, sanitation and purchasing. · Oversees staffing, development of personnel, training and education. · Develops operational component forecasts and is able to explain variances. · Defines positions and roles for/of organization structure (catering, sales, etc.). · Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new marketing and culinary concepts for residential and retail locations.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Business Administration, or other related field, plus a minimum of 10 years relevant experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role. Ability to taste and smell food to determine quality and palatability. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and ARAMARK support staff. Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. P &L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
