We are seeking someone who considers themselves to be capable of stepping in and maintaining a successfully running restaurant and at the same time find creative ways to increase sales. The position is open due to a transfer/promotion.
Strong P&L knowledge is required as well as the ability to lead by example in a positive, hands on manner.
A stable, progressive work history is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment and be an impact player.
Base Compensation is 60k-65k dependent upon experience. A full benefit package is provided.
