PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads large teams in the development and analysis of complex products, studies and reports; Participant in and leader of collaborative work with analysts from other organizations; Review and approves the work of others; Develops, reviews and approves documentation; Develops and implements priorities, procedures strategies and concepts; Leads the development of briefings and deliverables and briefs at formal internal and external reviews; Contributes to the development of winning technical approaches and writes or leads the writing of extensive proposal sections; Generates and reviews Basis of Estimates (BOEs); Other duties as assigned;
Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent relevant work experience. Is well versed in discipline specific components and understands adjacent technology areas and uses this knowledge to meet the needs of policy leaders; Is creative and versatile in the analysis of data and in the development of products; Is a role model for exercising good judgment to develop successful plans for own work as well as for the work of others; Have excellent communication skills required to interact with and brief to corporate and customer officials
