Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer. Assist guests with inquiries; handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and perform all duties in accordance with Club Fortune policies.
Six months previous retail experience is preferred. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; possess excellent customer service and communication skills; be able to work well with others as a team; present a well groomed appearance; and be at least twenty-one years of age. Must know basic math and be computer literate.

Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to converse over the telephone in an environment with loud background noise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 25 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach. Must have the manual dexterity required to write and operate computer/cash register. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to simultaneously handle the demands of many customers. When on casino floor, must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
