Global Key Account Sales Manager responsible for generating sales for one or more major accounts. Develops business relations by promoting ST image and products. Implements sales strategy and ensures customer satisfaction. Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of this account. Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customer¿s needs. Manages new projects being developed and identifies new directions for partnership with his/her customer(s) in collaboration with the Market Development/Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams. Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile including key managers/personnel as well as SAM/ TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization¿s entire product line; may have more in depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results. *Position may be 15 or 16 level dependent upon candidate qualifications.
Candidate Qualifications: BSEE + 8+yrs of related techinal sales experience. Strong technical background required. Knowledge of discretes, power, analog and sensors and embedded systems an advantage. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong multi-cultural awareness as many interactions are international.
Education Level Required - Bachelor"s Level Degree, Years of Work Experience - 8 to 12, Desired Competencies are - Competition Analysis, English Language, P&L Knowledge, Supply Chain System Knowledge, Customer Satisfaction Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Customer Market Understanding, Potential Business Analysis, .The Other skills required are Technical Design or technical marketing
