This position is responsible for executing on the Partnership/Sponsorship strategy which includes the development of business relationships, brand awareness, brand experience and hospitality for Global Experiential Marketing through the development and implementation of marketing and creative strategies that exploit the assets provided within our contractual relationships. The ultimate goal is to showcase and demonstrate who Xerox is through all marketing touch points in bold, unexpected ways which are organic to said partnership.
Qualifications

Provides expertise in guiding internal and external teams across all organizations to meet department goals, ensuring that partnership strategy and objectives are being met
· Assists with research, ideation, development and execution of partnership programs
·
Recognized for the ability to quickly add value and idea generation in cross functional team environments.
·
Integral member of partnership team within GEM and with agency partners, in developing and managing various partnership programs and initiatives
·
Assists with the development of strategic solutions (partnership activation, event marketing, sales initiatives) to amplify the brand and deliver a strong return in investment
·
Use marketing experience and maintain industry knowledge through external focus (such as seminars, marketing events, etc.) to build and influence strong strategic marketing programs. o
Ongoing tracking of current industry events & trends

Strong track record of success in influencing and being a change agent
·
Proven strong verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop key presentations to a broad range of individuals from peers to customers to executives.

Responsible for managing the development & circulation of multiple internal/external communications (e.g. status reports, conference reports, meeting agendas, program recaps, etc.
·
Accountable for development of project/program briefing materials and project planning materials, thinking through various steps in the process
·
Track record of managing to budget.

Provides general support (project and admin) to senior team
·
Day-to-day liaison for agency partner teams, leading on specific program components
·
Troubleshoots conflicts as they arise
·
Functions autonomously and provides timely project status feedback to the senior team
·
Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience by listening effectively to gain unique insights into customers’ needs
·
On-site support of partnership events. o
Frequent travel required
Experience and credentials:
·
5+ years of relevant experience or BS/BA in Marketing , Business Administration.
·
Developed expertise in GEM’s core disciplines
·
Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
·
Firm comprehension of all marketing communications
·
Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
·
Understands the principles of negotiations and can apply them in supporting the Team
·
Establishing portfolio of organization and industry contacts and relationships across entities
·
Experience training/mentoring more junior team members
·
Strong understanding of Xerox financial tools (iProcurement, Journal transfers, check requests, meeting cards)
·
Strong understanding of Xerox Meeting Management tools
·
Proficient in full MS Office Suite
