The Global Fielding Solutions Manager plays a crucial role at Affinnova by enabling all client projects across multiple market verticals and geographies. Reporting to the Director of Global Fielding Solutions, this position ensures that Affinnova has (1) robust global access to e-panel and CLT capabilities, (2) a strong client facing competence to appropriately tailor panel solutions to meet client needs, and (3) an appropriate systems infrastructure to support multiple simultaneous fieldings. This person has a strong understanding of the market research process and current fielding best practices around the globe, and is adept at evolving operations to leverage developing best practices.
Specific responsibilities include:
Managing global fielding operations and panel resourcing for 1,000+ projects per year
Building and managing relationships with multiple global partner/suppliers
Supporting and consulting with a 70+ person sales team and our clients to define requirements, determine feasibility and provide costs
Working closely with the Director of Global Fielding Solutions to monitor and control annual field costs
Defining and implementing a management dashboard to track results and creating a feedback loop to continuously enhance quality, reduce costs and shorten timelines
Defining requirements and liaising with the development team to implement the appropriate technical infrastructure to support high growth operations including new methodologies, verticals and geographies
Training and supporting a 40+ person operations team across a broad range of panel and fielding related issues
Continuously upgrading our practices to ensure that Affinnova has industry leading competencies
5+ years of market research experience (supplier side experience is a plus)
Deep understanding of and experience with providing fielding services
Proven track record of developing and managing multiple supplier relationships
Specific experience using technology to consistently improve operational results
Experience requesting and evaluating partner/supplier bids
Experience with central location testing or offline methodologies in emerging markets is preferred
Experience with CPG companies preferred
