The Operational Efficiency and Implementation team is responsible for driving efficiency via process/implementation improvements (i.e., LEAN design) for our global Large Client Sales (LCS) organization. The scope of the team includes assessing and optimizing our implementation efforts across Performance and Brand, and driving the development of cross-media sales tools and process efficiency. The team accomplishes these responsibilities by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Operations, and our Global Sales Leadership. The Global Implementation Operations Manager will help direct the overall product and sales strategy for the Sales systems and tools that our Account Managers use to sell Brand products to our largest global customers. You will partner closely with our brand advertising Product Management and Engineering teams as well as the Global Brand Solutions team to ensure our sales teams can efficiently implement Brand advertising products. You will be responsible for determining whether or not our Brand products are customer- and sales-ready from an implementation standpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, innovative, driven, and analytical, to join a fast-paced team and own a rapidly expanding part of the Google business. Lead a team of product experts to work closely with Sales and Product Management
Drive prioritization process for internal sales tools on behalf of global sales organization.
Initiate the commercialization and roll-out of cross-media sales tools across the regions
Communicate our cross-media sales tools strategy to the global sales organization.
BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience.
8 years management experience within Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Sales Operations.
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
Experience managing and developing other individuals
Business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
Domain expertise in the digital brand advertising market
