Develop and administer CTC (Cost To Complete) Tooling Forecast and PPAP Schedule Information system for tracking and reporting forecasting of supplier capital equipment to PPAP readiness

Prepare and distribute weekly CTC reports to Tooling, Supplier Quality and Purchasing organizations

Develop and administer CTS (Cost Tracking System) to manage all risks, opportunities and threats with our supplier base

Interact with Commodity Managers and their management on a daily basis on CTS tracking activities to ensure the accuracy of the data and validate that the output accurately reflects the objective of the entries

Develop and administer In-Service Capital Equipment for Finance Asset Tracking

Interface with Finance, Tooling and Purchasing organizations as required on Asset Management processes and requirements from Accounting

Generates BW reporting on OS Action Item Tracking on a weekly basis, and interacts with Purchasing Program Management, Commodity Mangers and Supplier Quality Management to update data and provide support as needed

Plans, coordinates and develops comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs

Provides management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans

Participate in staff brainstorming sessions to understand the growing needs of the business, and develop systems to meet those needs

Delivers training for new systems or enhancements that are being implemented

Position Requirements

Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving and computer skills, as well as attention to detail

Ability to design tracking systems, create and develop enhancements, perform system testing, and deploy the completed system or enhancements

Ability to research problems, plan solutions, and coordinate development to meet business needs or other requirements

Ability to work very well with others in a team environment

Ability to multitask and work on various projects simultaneously

Possesses excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications (primarily Access, Excel, Word and Outlook), VBA, SAP, and BW (Business Warehouse)

Well-versed with Purchasing processes in order to provide creative enhancements and continuous improvements to the organization’s information system to interface with SAP environment and other database environments

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
