Job Summary:
You will manage the Global S&OP team and have hands on responsibility as well as strategic planning. Responsibilities for the S&OP process include Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning Processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree plus 7+ years Supply Chain experience with 2+ years S&OP expertise to include experience with Advanced Planning Systems along with an entrepreneurial attitude and a proven background in working with commercial teams to improve the supply chain and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of S&OP systems and SAP is an advantage, especially in a chemical/pharma or oil & gas market. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Candidates should have a combination of both pro-active hands-on mentality and excellent analytical skills with a holistic understanding of an integrated supply chain and the consequences on a business. Qualifications:
Dynamic personality with the ability to negotiate and communicate with both VPs and subordinates. CPIM preferred

Education:
Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
