The Global Sales Drilling Representative will be responsible for calling on global drilling contractors and rental tool companies for inspection, coating, machining, and Speciality Inspection Services. This will include initiating sales calls and follow up calls and visits, maintaining business relationships, and increasing customer base.
- Conduct sales calls on assigned international and domestic drilling contractors for global drilling services.
- Conduct sales calls on assigned rental tool companies, drillpipe manufacturers, and drillpipe suppliers for our services.
- Be knowledgeable on all of Tuboscope’s services and share this knowledge with customers. This will include Tuboscope Inspection and Coating, hardbanding, machining services, and SIS services.
- Conduct customer seminars on our products and services.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
Excellent customer service skills.
- Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to network, create, and maintain relationships with customers and NOV personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relavant experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with drilling companies or drilling department of major oil and gas companies is preferred.
