The CA would be responsible for activity on 3 primary fronts and report directly to the Contracts Manager and indirectly to the Director of Operations.
1. New Commercial Contract Set-Up and Maintenance. Enter customer service coverage agreement data in the system as part of the time-sensitive new order process. Billing of monthly and annual renewals for all types of service coverage. Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage and exceptions, costs, etc. Provide estimates of coverage cost to customers as requested.
2. Post-sales contract retirement. Cleanse billing and database when hardware is removed from service and update records as required.
3. Federal contracts maintenance. Assist in Purchase Order renewal process, billing and support of Federal contracts and adherence to Service Level Agreements for government agencies as assigned from time to time.
Education and experience minimum requirements
BS or equivalent.
2 years minimum back-office role in the office equipment industry.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite. OMD, eAutomate or similar billing programs is a plus.
Experience using SFDC, Goldmine or other Customer Management Tool. Ability to create documents, catalogues, presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office.
