Primary Function

To deliver and process Mortgage Insurance for government originated loans. NPF government originations include insurance of FHA, USDA, and VA loans.
Job Requirements
  • Prepare mortgage document binder for Homeownership Operation Centers
  • Manage timeframes on sending insurance application to government agencies
  • Handle document deficiencies with internal branches
  • Manage report data on outstanding loans in process
  • Record and track MIC’s received
  • Handle USDA and VA Loan Note Guarantee’s

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
  • Detailed oriented person able to meet deadlines
  • Prior Mortgage experience or government insuring a plus
  • Knowledge of government mortgage documents
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team oriented with ability to interact within and outside of the organization
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment
