GA will be responsible for assisting the director in providing diversity education to the campus community. Duties will include overseeing the Diversity Peer Education program as well as developing programs that promote cultural awareness and inclusiveness. A small percentage of time will be focused on marketing initiatives for the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs.

Bachelors Degree, Enrolled in Graduate School at EKU
Minimum Experience Qualifications:
Should be pursuing a master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, or other related field. The Applicant will need to have a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in issues of diversity as well as a desire to work with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds.

Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of issues that are relevant to EKU's under-represented communities such as ethnic minority, GLBTQ, women's studies, disability, religion and/or non-traditional. Due to the nature of this position, office hours are widely varied and will include evenings and weekends.
