This Graduate Assistant will support instruction of English as a Second Language for elementary and middle school students as well as assist with primary reading intervention support for Model teachers and will provide gifted student support.

Bachelors Degree, Enrolled in Graduate School at EKU.
Minimum Experience Qualifications:
Second Year of Masters Program in School of Psychology Graduate student with experience and/or interest in supporting the individual and small group instruction of elementary school students.

The Graduate Assistant, under the direct supervision of the School Psychologist, completes individual testing, data analysis and report writing as needed for the special education and gifted programs. This individual assessment includes cognitive, academic, social/emotional, and behavioral testing and observations. In addition, assistance with research projects related to or involving assessment will be provided by the Graduate Assistant. The GA may also assist the School Psychologist with other duties as necessary. In order to perform the duties of this position, applicants must be in their second year of the masters program in School Psychology through the EKU department of Psychology.
