  • Scope: Create and manage automated marketing campaigns, create content for the ACU website, coordinate the graduate recruiting travel schedule, attend recruiting events on behalf of ACU, and assist in the promotion of graduate efforts connected with ACU at CitySquare.

    I. Basic Responsibilities

  • Create and manage automated marketing campaigns in the University’s CRM product
  • Create & maintain program-specific recruitment materials and websites
  • Coordinate graduate recruiting travel schedule & logistics
  • Attend recruiting events on behalf of ACU
  • Assist in the promotion of graduate efforts connected with ACU at CitySquare
  • II. Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

    A. Create and manage automated marketing campaigns in the University’s CRM product

  • Work with graduate program directors to understand specific program needs
  • Utilize the campaigns module of Talisma CRM to create automated email and direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshoot automated marketing campaigns as needed
  • B. Create & maintain program-specific recruitment materials and websites

  • Coordinate with graduate program directors to create content for program-specific publications and websites
  • Work with Creative Services to create program-specific marketing publications
  • Utilize the Percussion Content Management System to create and edit pages on program-specific websites
  • C. Coordinate graduate recruiting travel schedule & logistics

  • Maintain the graduate travel calendar
  • Coordinate the logistics for graduate recruiting travel
  • Provide recruiting materials to recruiting staff, program, directors and others traveling on behalf of ACU
  • Collect and analyze data from recruiting trips to plan future travel
  • D. Attend recruiting events on behalf of ACU

  • Attend recruiting events on behalf of ACU
  • Communicate with prospective students, families, and others about specific graduate programs at ACU
  • E. Assist in the promotion of graduate efforts connected with ACU at CitySquare

  • Execute deliverables as part of the marketing plan for graduate programs offered at ACU at CitySquare
  • Travel to Dallas, TX to capture student outcomes and attend special events at ACU at CitySquare
  • III. Professional Development Requirements:

    A. Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to analyze data and quickly communicate that information to others
  • B. Training Modules Required

  • Talisma CRM
  • Banner Student Information System
  • Discoverer Reports
  • Percussion Web Content Management System
  • IV. Qualifications:

    ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.

    A. Professional

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
  • 1 – 2 years experience in marketing or related field preferred
  • B. Personal

  • Attention to detail
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Ability to interact and communicate with a wide variety of constituents
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • V. Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time.
  • Work long or unusual hours during peak travel seasons
