The

Graduated Sourcing, Senior Associate

will be responsible for Graduated Sourcing for a client account encompassing various job profiles as per the client requirements. Utilizes proven technologies and processes to successfully source and prequalify potential candidates. Involves connecting with recruiters as well as candidates for various steps of the process with utmost professionalism and customer service. May require the supervision of other Talent Locators that will include establishing performance targets and measuring and reporting successful outcomes for both teams and individuals. This position requires the successful Talent Locator to be proactive when sourcing for position and to 'pool candidates' for both current and future demand, expected or unexpected.

Key responsibilities:
Passion to deliver sourcing commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels while operating under optimal levels of productivity and capacity utilization

CV/resume sourcing: resume mining from job portals and the open marketplace as suitable for the job profile

Develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques

Executes legally compliant job postings to internet and print sites, performing refreshes or removing as required

Understands key outcomes of sourcing activities (e.g. hires produced, effort and cost expended) and make adjustments to maximize return on investment

Keeps up to date with channel management activities and potential use of new sourcing channels (social networking sites, web 2.0 technologies, etc.)

Executes and tracks manual job postings to niche sites and print locations as required based on recruiter provided specifications

Uses any technologies (e.g. applicant tracking system (ATS), or candidate relationship management (CRM) databases or systems) or other internet based sourcing tools to conduct candidate searches and store candidates for immediate or future presentation

Expert in Boolean searches and other search techniques to create a rapidly scalable and reusable candidate pool

Trains others on the art of aggregated searches and search tool usage

HR Screening: Telephonic Interview/Screening of Candidates to collect information as per the protocol and shortlisting suitable candidates

Conveys information clearly, accurately and convincingly

Listens to and understands needs of others

Demonstrates concern for meeting changing customer needs, meet requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight

Interacts with clients and candidates

Maintains candidate relationships for future or ongoing sourcing campaigns

Communicates effective either directly to candidates either holistically or through the use of client approved email templates and campaigns

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor degree or 4 years of professional human resources experience

Minimum 4 years of recruiting or sourcing in retail industry

Preferred Skill Requirements

Client Relationship Management(CRM)/ATS (Applicant Tracking System) - Taleo preferred or other internet based sourcing tools to conduct candidate searches and store candidates for immediate or future presentation

Knowledge of HR and talent management/recruitment

Professional Skills Requirements

Problem solving skills (Analytical skills/collaborative thinking/adaptable to change), selling skills

Customer service skills

MS Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
