ERP International, LLC ( http://www.erpinternational.com ) is currently seeking Graphic Artists (Levels II, and III) to support various Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) missions. The contractor shall design and develop print, electronic and web-based media products targeting a variety of audiences (e.g., senior DoD leadership, bioengineers and related scientific disciplines, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, acquisition professionals, regulatory agencies, etc.) to support JPEO-CBD. Enterprise-wide graphics requirements, including, but not limited to, the following:
a. Producing illustrations for documents associated with scientific and engineering activities (e.g., program management graphs, flow charts, etc.)
b. Designing graphics (e.g., products, program office logos, etc.) and staffing them with the appropriate technical and management personnel for approval/public release
c. Maintaining a graphics library within an integrated digital environment (e.g., SharePoint)
d. Coordinating with technical writers, as necessary, on the use and development of graphical content within technical and acquisition documentation
e. Developing programmatic briefings and informational marketing media to update external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum Experience/Education:
Education: Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in Engineering,
Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline. No DAU certification is required.
General Experience: Eight (8) years of general experience and five (5) years of experience in a program office or similar organization
Education: Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in Engineering, Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Communications, or a related discipline. No DAU certification is required.
General Experience: Five (5) years of general experience and three (3) years of experience in a program office or similar organization
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Expert knowledge of the scientific, bioengineering, and medical communities’ information systems for technical data collection, sharing, and analysis, as well as of software presentation programs for Microsoft, is required. Display the ability to perform the following:
a. Develop magazine and technical article drawings, schematics, and photographs
b. Design, create, and produce detailed and complicated graphic art
c. Manage, modify, update, and troubleshoot the structure content, and access to
website and social media networks

- Normal duty hours are Monday – Friday any consecutive 8 hour shift (including a 1 hour lunch break during any ) excluding federal holidays, unless mutually agreed upon by Government and Project Manager personnel.
- Due to mission need or due to unforeseen acts of nature or emergency, the Government and Project Manager may agree to different duty hour/work days.
- Overtime is only granted when authorized.
- Government agencies will not be available during scheduled holidays, inclement weather, weekends, after duty hours, or Barracks down days.
- Scheduled Holidays: New Year’s Day, Dr Martin Luther King, Jr Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
