Graphics Artists support Business Development (BD) and Program Management (PM) functions under the direction of a Vice President or Director of Business Development for a particular SNC business area. Their primary area of responsibility is the design and preparation of high quality, professional looking, and artistic presentation materials for product brochures, marketing presentations, graphics for formal proposals, and presentations for important customer reviews and meetings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Meeting clients to discuss and understand their requirements.
Presenting and explaining ideas to clients.
Creating and designing concepts
Gathering information and data and selecting different colors, sounds, photography, animations, and images for the design.
Working closely with project managers and team members to provide suggestions for design, art direction, production,
Using computer software for creating layouts and generating designs for clients.
Monitoring and reviewing layouts and suggesting improvements if necessary.
Keeping track of projects in order to meet production deadlines and completing the project on time.
Responsible for understanding client’s needs and discussing ideas with them.
Creating and developing innovative ideas.
Responsible for modifying, revising and editing project depending on client’s requirement.
Responsible for presenting accurate, high quality work.
Assisting team members in preparing final layouts for printing.
Using computers for drawing and printing charts, illustrations, and other artworks.
Responsible for planning presentations of products or services.
Responsible for delivering projects to the clients on time and meeting the deadlines.
Dealing with production activities and monitoring the quality of final product before release.
Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours

Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or graphic design is required
Must possess creative, artistic and designing skills.
Must be well versed with latest design programs and website design technologies like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Quark.
Must be able to adapt to new technologies.
Must possess cognitive, listening and understanding skills.
Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and under stress to meet project deadlines.
Should have passion to learn new things and ability to create innovative designs.
Be capable of managing work schedule and deadlines in a fast-paced highly dynamic environment.
A basic understanding of Government Proposal process.
Ability to create marketing and promotional material for both Government and Civilian clients.
