Role: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this Colleague’s main role is to support our sales and marketing efforts, which include all facets of lead generation to proposal/deliverable creation and production.
Responsibilities: The right candidate will use knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials (images, infographics, templates, call outs, etc.) that can be used in a variety of media outlets such as power point, word, print brochures, direct mail, email/website content, e-newsletters, public relations and posters.
Provides tradeshow support by creating signage, assisting with pre-show/at-show/post-show messaging and performing other back-up support duties as needed.
Ensures that the integrity of the Medullan logo and branding elements is preserved through consistent implementation of the logo/brand style guide.
Maintains an image library. Prepares final artwork of marketing documents for printing. Coordinates printing and delivery dates with outside vendors. Creates graphic material and microsites to support marketing campaigns. Assists with creation of marketing presentations.

Qualifications: Must be able to multi-task, provide realistic resource estimates for each job, and prioritize and update all relevant stakeholders as to the status of deliverables
Must be able to work in a growth (read: kinda' crazy) environment.
Must be proficient in a MAC environment, including MS-Office applications, E-Marketing applications, Computer Graphics, and Web and Print Graphic Development packages including: Photoshop InDesign Illustrator Quark Flash EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concept, practices, and procedures within the field.
