3 – 6 Years Related Experience
The Graphic Designer on Aria Health’s Marketing Team will demonstrate passion about design, typography, and photography as critical components of the effective strategic support and growth of the Aria brand across all media channels. The individual will possess a solid understanding of how to translate communication objectives visually to promote the brand, with a strong drive to innovate and promote healthcare services new and differently. In this role, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with a number of different stakeholders across the organization to drive design projects from concept to completion. This process incorporates use of diverse methods including typography, color, photographs, illustrations, and computer-generated images to create the general art and copy layout. The Graphic Designer will also possess a strong willingness and commitment to advocate on behalf on the customer as the role will significantly impact the experience of regional healthcare consumers. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive/Digital Design, or other communications design?related field.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Expert knowledge of Adobe CS5, Mac or PC (Mac preferred), Photoshop Working knowledge of web design tools and languages including JavaScript, HTML/DHTML CSS/CSSX, Ajax, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc. Extensive knowledge of typography, photography, illustration, color and design. Provision of a portfolio demonstrating work experience creating great visual design solutions is a requirement to be considered for the position. Experience: 3+ years of work experience as a graphic or visual designer in a fast?paced work environment. Experience in a healthcare environment or service-based industry is preferred, but not required.

Additional Skills: Excellent creativity, ability to meet tight deadlines, organized with close attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills with ability to handle several projects simultaneously
