The graphic designer is responsible for the coordination, design and production of a diverse range of visual communications, including identities, brochures, booklets, fliers, posters, newsletters, invitations, presentation materials and other publications to meet the university’s communication needs.
The designer works on the branding/marketing materials for the Alumni Association, as well as university-wide and individual school/college projects with attention to cost-effective solutions and appropriate formats. This position is also responsible for assisting in layout, production and related duties.
Creativity, high-quality design, attention to detail and timeliness are required.
This employee also assists in the preparation of publication plans and production schedules as well as explains the university’s visual identity program and the Office of Marketing and Communications’ policies and procedures to clients and other university colleagues.
