We are a custom museum exhibit Fabrication Company that provides total-service planning and design, custom fabrication, installation and audio-visual / media systems services throughout the United States and abroad. Our Clients include museums, educational institutions, visitor and information centers, science and nature centers, trade shows, theme parks and major expositions.
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years graphic production experience to fill a hands-on position. (This is NOT a graphics design position).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Production experience in Art Department applications; silk screening, mounting
graphics to substrates, cutout vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, etc.
Computer skills required include: Quark, Photoshop, and Illustrator on Mac OS X
platform. Flexi-Sign Pro software knowledge.
Experience in translating between Mac and PC applications helpful.
Experience with the Gerber Sabre 408 PC Programmable CNC Router is desirable.
Must be willing to work 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, plus any overtime after 2:30 PM and
on Saturdays as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS
Processing, prioritizing, implementing & overseeing Work Order Tasks to ensure that
the projects are finished on time, within budget, and within expected quality.
Inspect and QC incoming graphics from outside vendors.
