Develop and grow business for Nike Swim at the Grass Roots level. Recruit and service swim teams; club, YMCA, High School and College teams. Provide pool level support at pool deck. Partner with Nike Team sales reps, team dealers and coaches to drive Nike Swim revenue. Support Nike Swim teams through order management, team contracts and promo product. Manage coach and team orders on a weekly basis.
