Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1. Retrieves from kitchen food supplies needed for grill items and specials. 2. Cooks selected food items at grill and fills special customer requests. 3. Covers, refrigerates, and dates leftover items following mealtimes. 4. Cleans grill and grill area thoroughly following each mealtime. 5. Changes grease in fryolator and runs hood screens through dishwasher weekly. 6. Performs daily maintenance of yogurt machine. 7. Checks supplies daily in assigned areas and replenishes as needed. 8. Empties and relines grill barrels. 9. Works under direction of Cafeteria Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 1. Ability to read and understand English. 2. Interpersonal skills to deal with general public. 3. Six months of experience
