The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property grounds and vegetation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Cuts property grounds and edges along sidewalks.
2. Prunes trees and other vegetation as needed.
3. Total accountability of indoor and outdoor vegetation.
4. Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; including knowledge of planting, fertilizing, watering and sprinkler systems, lawn care and mowing.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Planning, remembering details, using arithmetic, making decisions, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names and faces, examining and observing details.
Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, carrying, pulling, sitting, bending/stooping, observing, stretching, pushing, turning, balancing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Inside, dry, noisy, heat, hot, high places, hazards, outside, wet, odors, changing temperatures, cold, dirty, gloves/safety gear required.
