Seattle based professional Property Management company is seeking a
full-time Groundskeeper for a 3 apartment communities located in
the direction of the Community Manager and the Maintenance Manager, the
Groundskeeper will be responsible for performing general property
cleaning, which includes light maintenance duties inside and outside,
painting, cleaning roofs and gutters.

- EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalent required, college and/or vocational credentials preferred.
- EXPERIENCE - Minimum 1 years
experience in property management, building maintenance, or related
field, with proven track record of working independently. Previous
painting experience preferred, but not required.
- AVAILABILITY – Must have a flexible schedule, be able to work weekends, and be on-call.
- COMMUNICATION - Ability to read
and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports
- REASONING ABILITY - Ability to
solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram,
or schedule form.
